You can easily export the current data view displayed in the UI to a CSV format. This allows you to download all visible information, including issues, hierarchy levels, summary, and many more Jira fields for further offline analysis. Steps to Export CSV file:
The exported file will include all the visible data displayed in the current view. If some Jira fields are not visible in the exported file, you may need to enable the specific Jira fields in the reporting app. Once the desired fields are enabled, they will be included in the CSV export, ensuring you have all the necessary data for a comprehensive review. Refer below sample of the tabular view data: To export a CSV file, the user needs to click on the CSV icon. Refer to the screenshot below to see the exported CSV file. Note: Even if the user does not expand the linked issues, the exported file will still display the expanded linked issues. The leftmost column will indicate the hierarchy level. |
