- When a user clicks on Select All, the system registers
- the current state of the filter
- that Select All state is active
- If filter is used and user does any operation on the table, a red box box
will appear around the Select All Check Box, indicating that the selection could be "Dirty".
Subsequently, the user can decide to refresh the view or go ahead with the current selection.
