To install Generic Reporting app user can click on Find new apps under Atlassian Marketplace
Login to Jira Cloud
Click on Jira Settings
Click on Apps
Find your installed apps under Apps dropdown

Get Started with the Generic Reporting App!
Install the App:
Log in to your Jira Cloud instance.
Navigate to Jira Settings and click on Apps.
Under the Apps dropdown, select Find new apps in the Atlassian Marketplace.
In the search bar, type Report X to locate the app and install it.
Activate Your Free Trial:
Once installed, click on Report X in the app.
Hit the Try it free button.
Finally, confirm by selecting Start Free Trial to explore the app's features.
