To view the customizable report, you must first configure it after the plugin is installed in Jira.
Click on the hierarchy configuration icon. A pop-up window will appear where the user can create a configuration based on the project's needs or their specific requirements.
Add a new issue type at the top level.
Link issue types as siblings or child issues at different levels of the hierarchy.
Dynamically build relationships between issue types.
Clicking the Plus (+) icon at the top of the hierarchy will add a new issue type at the root level (first level)
The link icon (🔗) appears next to the issue type, allowing the user to add related issues.
Clicking the link icon provides two options:
Add Sibling: Adds another issue type at the same level.
Add Child: Creates a sub-issue under the selected issue type.
The user can also click the Plus (+) icon at any point to quickly add new issue types, adjusting their position in the hierarchy as needed.
If user want to remove that hierarchy level then user need to click on the “Delete” button.
Add a dropdown for selecting issue types, displaying a complete list of all available issue types. Similarly, provide another dropdown for issue link types, showing all possible link types where user can select multiple options from both dropdown.

After adding the level, hierarchy configuration and the table will get updated automatically. NOTE: Users can conveniently arrange issue types in any desired sequence using drag-and-drop functionality. They can also add multiple issue types at each level and remove any issue type if no longer needed by clicking on the cross icon. |
