Note: You may encounter a warning such as: "This app does not have an automated migration path. Contact the app vendor for migration support." Action: Users can ignore this warning and proceed with the migration process if the app is not business-critical or if a manual workaround has been planned.
Step 3: Prepare Your AppsStep 4: Migrate Your DataUse the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) to transfer project data, users, issues, and attachments from DC to cloud.
Step 5: Create a MigrationDefine a migration plan within JCMA. Select the projects and users to migrate. Schedule and run the migration.
 Additional Tips:Backup your DC instance before initiating any migration. Test the migration in a staging cloud site before performing a live migration. |
