The Traceability Reports View offers you two different views suited for different needs.
The Link Type View
The Tree View
You can switch between these views by using the tabs present just above the view.
Storage Support
The app's storage support is designed to enhance your experience by remembering your custom settings. When you select a tab, the app saves this. When you return to the app, your personalized settings are automatically loaded and you will be greeted with the tab you last opened, eliminating the need for repeated configuration. You get a consistent and efficient experience, allowing you to focus on your tasks without the hassle of frequent setup adjustments.
The Link Type View
The link type view lists your board items in a tabular format with each of their connected items as columns sorted according the their connected boards link.
How does it help?
This view abstracts away the rest of the informative columns present in the Default monday.com Table view, while providing that information in an item card, so that you can get a more comprehensive view of the connections among items in different boards.
The Tree View
The Tree View organizes your board items into a tree-like structure, where connected items are displayed as child nodes. This layout highlights the hierarchical nature of the connections, making it easier to understand and visualize the relationship between items.
