International Data Transfers

  1. Data is kept in a server controlled by Optimizory in any geographical location.
  2. This is required for the purpose stated earlier (for conducting our core business) and not accessible to any other entity.
  3. However, no special category of data is being transferred outside EU.
  4. The following categories of data will be transferred to an Optimizory Server:
    1. Name, eMail, Phone, Address of users.
    2. Corresponding license and quote / invoice data.
    3. Issue logged by / associated with users.
    4. Consent data and option choices.
    5. Technical data owned by the user, where user is using a hosted service.
  5. The transfer will be based on user consent and this will be explicitly stated and recorded with the consent.
