Steps to be performed in case of Java Script error

Some times users face issues related to Java Script (like some columns not loading/ displayed properly in RMsis). Here are a few important points which can be followed in case of issues related to Java Script error :

• One of the probable cause of such issues is if the Java Script files are not loaded properly in your environment.

• In order to resolve such issue, please clear the browser cache and try to access RMsis again.

• Also try using a different browser and check if you are facing the issue?

• If the issue is not resolved after following the above step, then there is a possibility that the issue may arise due to a JavaScript bug. In order to investigate this,

  • Please let us know the browser (with version) you are using to access RMsis.

  • Please open the developer tool bar in your browser and then open the page/tab within RMsis in which you are facing the issue. 

• Now send us the screen-shot containing the developer tool bar (it may contain JavaScript error)

  • For Google Chrome, to open the developer toolbar, please open View > Developer > JavaScript Console
