After installing RMsis, I am getting an error : "Error : Initial Sync is in progress please try again after some time."
Question : I have installed RMsis and when I click on RMsis on JIRA menu bar, I am getting an error : "Error : Initial Sync is in progress please try again after some time." What should I do to access RMsis now?
I am using Internet Explorer 11 and Windows 2012 R2 server.
Answer :
This issue may occur if you have enabled "Enhanced Protected Mode" in Internet Explorer.
This mode is normally turned on by default in Windows Server (like in Windows 2012 R2 Server).
In order to resolve this issue,
Turn off/ disable "Enhanced Protected Mode" in Internet Explorer.
In order to disable "Enhanced Protected Mode" in Internet Explorer,
Open Control Panel in Windows.
Open Internet Options.
Switch to Advanced Tab
Clear the checkbox "Enable Enhanced Protected Mode" OR
Use a different browser like Chrome/ Firefox.
