You can easily export the current data view displayed in the UI to a CSV format. This allows you to download all visible information, including issues, hierarchy levels, summary, and many more Jira fields for further offline analysis.
Steps to Export CSV file:
Open the reporting app in Jira.
Configure the report hierarchy which is appearing left side screen of the Jira reporting app.
Users can configure the required Jira fields by clicking on the three-dot icon that appears for each column. This icon provides an option labeled "Add Column", allowing you to add Jira fields as needed.
Click on the Export icon located at the top-right corner of the app UI.
Save the file to your local system.
The exported file will include all the visible data displayed in the current view.
If some Jira fields are not visible in the exported file, you may need to enable the specific Jira fields in the reporting app. Once the desired fields are enabled, they will be included in the CSV export, ensuring you have all the necessary data for a comprehensive review.
