Question : I have installed RMsis and when I click on RMsis on JIRA menu bar, a blank page is loaded. What should I do to access RMsis now?

- This issue may occur if your JIRA is running on HTTPS while your RMsis is running on HTTP.
- Due to recent security related fixes made in modern browsers, HTTP content (i.e. of RMsis) can not be displayed under HTTPS page (of JIRA).
- Please check if you are running RMsis on HTTP. If this is the scenario, then a solution would be to
- run both RMsis and JIRA on HTTPS OR
- run both JIRA and RMsis on HTTP.
