A blank page is displayed on clicking RMsis (in JIRA menu bar)
Question : I have installed RMsis and when I click on RMsis on JIRA menu bar, a blank page is loaded. What should I do to access RMsis now?
Answer :
This issue may occur if your JIRA is running on HTTPS while your RMsis is running on HTTP.
Due to recent security related fixes made in modern browsers, HTTP content (i.e. of RMsis) can not be displayed under HTTPS page (of JIRA).
Please check if you are running RMsis on HTTP. If this is the scenario, then a solution would be to
run both RMsis and JIRA on HTTPS OR
run both JIRA and RMsis on HTTP.
