- Then create a new subscription with desired number of users
- For purchasing a new subscription, please follow the instructions written in this guide link.
- Send a mail to support regarding subscription upgrade
- If your old subscription was on annual recurring, and your old subscription is not yet completed then just send us an email regarding refund to support@vrest.io.
- We will initiate the refund for the remaining amount for your old subscription with in 2-3 working days after we receive your email.
