How to increase number of users for vREST subscription?

To increase the number of users in vREST subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. First create a new subscription with desired number of users
    1. For purchasing a new subscription, please follow the instructions written in this guide link.
  2. Then send a mail to support regarding subscription upgrade
    1. If your old subscription was on annual recurring, and your old subscription is not yet completed then just send us an email regarding refund to support@vrest.io. 
    2. We will initiate the refund for the remaining amount for your old subscription with in 2-3 working days after we receive your email. 
    3. And we will also stop your old subscription after refund process.
