RMsis Cloud Installation

You can install RMsis by searching for it in Jira UPM or from the RMsis listing page at Atlassian Marketplace. The steps to do so are mentioned below.

Installation from Jira UPM

  1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.

  2. Click the Apps dropdown and choose Explore more apps.

The Find new apps screen loads.

  1. Search for RMsis and click on the app tile.

The App Details screen loads.

  1. Click Try it free to start installing your app.

  1. A confirmation box will appear. Click on Start free trial to begin.

The app will be installed and a Success message will be displayed.

  1. Go to Apps > RMsis Home to access RMsis.

Note: Once the App is installed, a new RMsis Server will be deployed by Optimizory. It may take up to 24 hours for your instance to become available.

  1. Once the RMsis server is up after a few hours, Go to Apps > RMsis Home to access RMsis once again.

This will initiate one-time users and project sync processes. Select at least one project to sync with RMsis and click on Submit button. This will initiate the sync process.

Depending upon the number of users and projects in your Jira Cloud instance, this may take 5-10 minutes to complete. Please do not close this tab while the sync is in progress. Once the sync is complete, RMsis Home will be displayed.

Select a project to begin using RMsis. You are all set!

Installation from Atlassian Marketplace

You can also install RMsis in your Jira Cloud from the RMsis listing page in the Atlassian marketplace

  1. Click on the Try it free button

    

  1. The following pop-up will be displayed. Click on Start free trial to install RMsis and begin the trial.

  1. If you are logged into your Atlassian account, you will see the following page. Click on Start free trial to begin.

If you are not logged in, you will see the following screen. Please log into your Atlassian account to proceed further.

The app will be installed in your Jira Cloud instance. The remaining steps are the same as steps 6 & 7 of the installation from Jira UPM mentioned in this page.
