Installation Guide

• There are two ways to install Report X - Multilevel Traceability Report.

  1. User can install the app from Find new apps 

     1. Login to Jira

     2. Click on Jira Administration and select Manage apps

     3. Click on Find new apps under Atlassian Marketplace section

     4. Enter "Report X" in the search box

2. Another way to install the app is from Manage apps

• Login to Atlassian Marketplace and enter Report X or Click here Report X - Multilevel Traceability Report | Atlassian Marketplace

• Choose option Data Center option from the dropdown box.

• Click on Try it free/ Buy it now and select the hosting type.

• User will be redirected to below page

Open

• Enter the details and click on Generate License

• Copy the license key and download the app by clicking on Download button.

• Login to Jira.

• Click on Jira Administration and select Manage apps.

• Click on Manage apps under Atlassian Marketplace section.

• Upload jar file downloaded in the previous step.

• Add the generated license key in license key box.
