Q: Why is the Report X app not visible when using Jira version 9.12.0 or later with JVM version 11?

A: The Report X app is currently not compatible with Jira version 9.12.0 or above version when running on JVM version 11. If a user uploads the app in this environment, the app does not appear on the Jira left sidebar, and no error messages are displayed.

Expected Behavior:
When users attempt to upload the app under these conditions, a notification should appear to inform them about the compatibility issue of JVM version not supported.

Current Behavior:

• Users are able to upload the app, but it does not appear on the Jira left sidebar.

• No error message or warning is displayed when the app is incompatible.

Workaround:

• Currently this app is supporting JVM version 17 only.

• Check for any updates or patches that may address this compatibility issue.

• Contact support for further assistance.

Q. Can I use Report x versions below 1.2.1 with Jira 10.5.0?
A: No, versions below 1.2.1 are not supported in Jira 10.5.0. If you use an older version, you may encounter a license error and be unable to use Report X app.
