We use Amazon web services to host our Connect cloud apps.

We use Forge for developing cloud apps for Atlassian Marketplace.

 

We use Google Gmail for sending and receiving emails. This includes incoming and outgoing emails to and from Optimizory Technologies Private Limited email lists, personal mailboxes, emails for support issues or transactional emails to inform about licenses. We use Google Drive for transferring files in our support proccesses.

 

We use Jira Software Cloud for tracking software development and task management.

 

We use Atlassian Confluence Cloud for the internal documentation.

 

We use Microsoft Clarity exclusively to analyze usage patterns on our websites (Optimizory.com and vrest.io) to enhance user experience. This usage data helps us understand user behavior and optimize our website's performance, ensuring full compliance with applicable data privacy standards. Microsoft Clarity is not used for monitoring or analyzing data within our apps or services.
