Sync up RMsis Releases with JIRA Versions

This feature is available from RMsis v.1.3.1 onwards.

Overview of Implementation

  1. Provide an option to "Sync with JIRA". This implies that
    1. The new versions in JIRA will be included in the RMsis Release Table
    2. The deleted versions in JIRA will be excluded; however the corresponding RMsis Release will continue to exist unless the user does an explicit merge operation.
  2. Provide a Release Merge option. This option will
    1. Merge two or more releases into one.
    2. Replace all the old references with the new one.
  3. Notes :
    1. The proposed change will not update JIRA with RMsis Release Information.

User Interface and Actions

  1. Merge operation can be executed by doing a multi-select and clicking on the Merge button.
  2. JIRA sync process can be initiated by clicking on "Sync with JIRA" button.
