Select fields to be exported in PDF files.

Question : Is it possible to select the columns that will be exported in the PDF file when using the export to PDF functionality in RMsis?

 

Answer : 

  • At present, the Export to PDF functionality will export all the fields. You can not select particular fields to be exported to the PDF file.

  • This issue is already logged as RMI-1390.

  • However, this functionality is available in reporting and it should meet most of your basic needs. Please check Custom Reports at: http://docs.optimizory.com/display/rmsis/Reporting

    • You can export the reports as CSV from RMsis and then create a PDF report from this CSV file.

    • To convert a CSV file to PDF, you can open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel and then save it as a PDF file.
