Dashboard Gadget - Unified Tree View

You can access the Unified Tree View from your Dashboard as a Gadget too.

To access the Tree view as a Dashboard Gadget -

1. Select a dashboard from the Dashboards menu in the top navigation bar.
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. In the selected dashboard page, find the gadgets menu and click on the Edit button.

3. Click on the Add gadget button in the Dashboard Menu. This will open up the Add a Gadget panel to the right.
   
   

    

4. Search for LXP Unified tree view in the search bar. Find the LXP Unified tree view gadget and add it to the dashboard by clicking on its corresponding Add button.
   
   

    

5. When you add the gadget for the first time, you will see a configuration form asking for an issue key. This will be the root issue key for which the tree will be rendered.
   
   

6. Enter the issue key you want. You can adjust the height of the gadget by using the Height input too. After adding the inputs, click on Submit.
   
   

    

7. This will launch the Tree with the selected issue as root.
   
   

    

8. You can also re-open the configuration form by clicking on More (…) > configure.
   
   

    

9. Once done configuring, you can click on Done in the dashboard toolbar and come out of the Edit Dashboard mode.

    

10. If you want to quickly change the issue key, you can enter a new key in the issue key input box just above the toolbar and press the Enter / Return key anytime. This will relaunch the app with the new key.
