  1. Responsibility of Data Protection.

    1. Deepak.Jangid will be responsible for

      1. Organizational data security, backup and disaster recovery.
      2. Investigating data breaches, when identified.
      3. Responding to user requests on data protection.
  2. DPO is not required for Optimizory.
    1. We are much smaller than the requirement of 250 persons as mandated by GDPR.
    2. We are a company in the software tools business, and require minimal personal data for the purpose conducting our business (invoicing, licensing, support etc)
    3. The number of individuals (users) sharing their data is very small (few thousands) and we have limited communication with the users.
