Variables can be extracted from Test Case's responses and from Test Case's results and can be used in subsequent HTTP requests (test cases).

A test case response is the actual API response received from the test application server and a test case result is the result of the test case declared by vREST (Passed/Failed/Not Executed/Not Runnable).
