Configure Issue Card

The Tree View displays the following information in the issue card:

  • Issue Type icon- It displays information on the issue type (e.g Epic, Story, Task, Sub-task or other Jira issue type) based on the defined configuration. It also displays issue type on hovering over the icon.
  • Priority icon- It displays the priority of the issue (e.g Highest, High, Medium, Low or other priorities available in Jira Instance) based on defined configuration. It also displays priority on hovering over the icon.
  • Story Points- It displays information related to story points configured for the issue. 
  • Fix Version(s)- It displays the fix version(s) of the issue.
  • Issue Status-  It displays the status of the issue (e.g To-do, In-progress, Done or other status available in Jira Instance) based on the defined configuration.
  • Issue Key- It displays issue key for each issue in the tree view.
  • Assignee- It displays the issue assignee information for each issue.
  • Link type- It displays the issue link types in the tree view.
  • Issue Summary- It displays issue summary for each issue in the tree view

Configuring Issue Fields

The user can control which fields they want to see in the issue card and/or in the exported csv file by choosing fields in the Issue card fields dropdown.
