Customizing Tabular Views

The user can customize the columns displayed in the tabular views (Issue Type View and Link Type View) using the following tools -

  • The Table Fields Drop-down

  • The Table Settings Drop-down

The Table Fields Drop-down

Using the Table field drop-down in the toolbar, the user can select the columns that would be shown in the report and in the CSV file to be exported.

The Table Settings Drop-down

The Table Settings drop-down offers further options for customizing the following behaviors -

1. Display of limited issue cards

In a table cell, the first three linked issues of the cell are shown by default and the More button of the cell can be used to show the remaining issues. The user can change this behavior by toggling the Display All Issue Cards option in the settings dropdown.

When the option is checked, all issues are displayed in the cells without truncation.

2. Auto - hiding empty columns

To promote better readability, any empty columns are hidden by default. The user can toggle this behavior using the the Auto-hide empty columns option in the settings drop-down.
