Dashboard Gadget - Traceability Reports

You can access the Traceability Reports from your Dashboard as a Gadget too.

To access the Traceability Reports as a Dashboard Gadget -

1. Select a dashboard from the Dashboards menu in the top navigation bar.
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. In the selected dashboard page, find the gadgets menu and click on the Edit button.

3. Click on the Add gadget button in the Dashboard Menu. This will open up the Add a Gadget panel to the right.

4. Search for LXP Traceability Reports in the search bar. Find the LXP Traceability Reports gadget and add it to the dashboard by clicking on its corresponding Add button.

    

5. Now, you will be able to see the gadget on the screen:
   
   

6. When you add the gadget for the first time, you will see a configuration form asking for -

   1. The Report View - Read more

   2. JQL Query - Read more

   3. The Table Fields Dropdown - Read more

   4. The Issue Card Fields Dropdown - Read more

   5. Page size - Read more

   6. Height - The height of the gadget in pixels.
      
      

7. Fill out the configuration form and click Submit. You can also go with the pre-configured, default values by clicking on the Cancel button. This will launch the Traceability Report with your configured options.
   
   

8. Now, you will see the report with your configured options.
   
   

9. You can re-open the configuration form by clicking on More (…) > configure ( in the edit screen of the dashboard).
   
   

10. Once done configuring, you can click on Done in the dashboard toolbar and come out of the Edit Dashboard mode.
    
    

     

11. Now, you will see your app in the default dashboard mode.
    
    

12. Click the maximize button to increase the size of the report to full screen.
