A click on Test Case Link opens up a pane showing the details of that test case. The Tabs at the bottom display the following additional information.

Association of a Test Case with Test Run and Release

This tab shows the association of this Test Case with Test Runs as well as Releases.

This tab shows the details of the test steps of this Test Case.

History

All actions performed by users are logged and can be viewed in the Activity Tab, present in the detailed view of a Test Case. An example is shown below
